Christmas time and boxing day...

Wow I love christmas and this year was fab... I got a new friend, and today we went to see our nan and grandad in hastings :) Although we aren't allowed to call him grandad because it makes him feel old lol.

I got loads of presents on christmas like... a pink bag with little white love hearts all over it, lots of hannah montana/miley cyrus stuff, a monkey scratch foil art, lots of sweeties, scrapbooking stuff, a babyliss hair set, and loads more :)

But one of my favourite presents was...

My new friend... MONKEY!!!

I love my new monkey and I wonder... is he any relation or friend to this monkey???
Monkey has another set of clothes which is a hawaiian shirt with green shorts :)

We had loads of fun at nana Irene and Grandad Mick's house... we got to open lots more presents, we had christmas dinner, played a DVD quiz game, played on our new DS games on multiplayer so we could all join up... then we slept over and I got to sleep on the airbed it is so cool and comfy.

Forever Friends Challenge Cards

Hiya everyone... I know this isn't the post I said I'd do on Alice but I am still working on that. This post is for a forever friends challenge and if you want to do it then this is the blog and this is what you do -

Mixture of everything

Hiya, wow I haven't posted in ages... oops :S My apologies everyone :(:(:(

Well it has snowed...loads and it has been here for two or three days now, hopefully we will get more though. CHRISTMAS IS SOOOOO SOON... WOOOOOO :) I am very excited - I have wrapped everyone but one of my Dad's presents, my mum's presents, my aunts and my nan's :(

Urm... oh yeah one of my best friends (Alice) has a website and she did a page on me (awww) this is it :) I hope you like it.

My lil sis bakes, yummy lovely post

Ruby, my lil sis was baking yesterday whilst I was at school. I wouldv'e thought it would be a huge disaster with flour and eggs everywere as little 2 year old toddlers + baking (should) = big mess all over kitchen!!! But suprisingly it didn't it was really cute to see the piccies of her, take a looksie :)

What do you think, cute or what - the rock cakes were really yummy - there wasn't many left when I got home so I was straight in there :) I'll put up a slide show so you can see the other piccies of her baking :)

I think it was yesterday when I came home to some yummy little love heart choccies (they were minty too) from monkey.
I am the blondie and I love monkeys as you can probably tell!!!



You can also see a little rock cake in my hand :D I do have longer hair by the way it is just tucked under my dressing gown for some reason.

Ally Pally and school.

Hiya, not been on in a while because of school, it is such a pain :( I get 5 peices of homework a week (sometimes more) and the maths is always in for the next day. I don't understand it. Also I am super scared as we are getting the cancer jab quite soon :( I don't get why boys cant have an extra jab too - I understand why they can't have that one but still, they can get other cancer. Well moving on to a better topic than school we went to Ally Pally yesterday :) I have only took one pic of the stash so far but you will see the rest of the stash I bought when I put up what I have crafted or when I take a pic :)


You may have to click on it to make it bigger but it is a forever friends set :) there will be another pic as couldn't fit all the stuff in one pic :)I love forever friends stuff they are so cute. So this is the birthday one (there was a christmas one but I prefered the look of this one much more) I managed to get a look at them before I bought one as they had two opened already to show you - I was very lucky as there was only two of the birthday ones left. As I was saying, this is the birthday one and I got a really good bargain as QVC are selling this for £60 and the stalll I brought it from were selling it for £20 BARGAIN!!!

This is the rest of the stash there is a lot :) there is also three stamps which were included but when I brought a forever friends stamp last time it cost me nearly £6.00.

Teddy Time!!!

This is the card I've made for the Teddy Stampers Challenge no.2. I used a red piece of card, a purple piece of bazill card to stamp on and made a frame with white and clear buttons. The stamp is a Newtons law stamp, the embossed card is Love Elsie which I inked with purple distress ink, the tape on the corners is Lace frame tape. I hope you like it :)

What I've been up to and Danley

Wow, I havn't posted in ages (oopsie) well I am now. I am very happy as it is the Summer holidays, yaaaay. Then again I am also very sad as my school is Danley and they are now closing, all the teachers were crying, then at our very last assembly they put up this big thing on the stage that said "Goodbye Danley" and that set everyone off. When the end of school came all the teachers where standing at the main gate and were looking a bit teary, they were signing all our shirts and books. Me and two of my best mates were trying hard not to be upset and cry because that night we were having a sleepover. Still, two other of my besties cried and needed cuddles. That day we had a half day. I'll never forget Danley.

About a week before Danley closed my bezzie slept over and I managed to tempt her into scrapbooking (yay me!!!) all i had to do was show her all my scrappy stash, my scrapbook and my Mums and then that was it, "Wicked, cool, ohhh, I'm taking up scrapbooking!!!" We made a page together and this is what it looks like, she is the one on the left, short brown hair. If you cant see it then if you click on it then it should enlarge. You can mostly see what we used and we had a great time making it. Me and Mum have decided to bring her along to a craft class, and then Ally Pally in April.




The night she went home me and my Dad went fishing. We caught a really big fish and Dad nearly lost his rod and almost fell in!!!
The fish looked all slimy so I didn't touch it (yuk), it was about 7 or 8 pounds. We stayed out for about 5 hours and I had to go to a little shop I found to get some snacks. This is me with the fish, I looked but didn't touch!!! It was fun but we didn't catch any other fish except for the titchy one I caught as the biggun took ages to get in the net and disturbed the water so that was the only big one we caught. I don't know why it wouldn't go in, we were gonna set it free after a piccy. About an hour before we left, a boy about 13 came and sat in a spot near us and I said to my Dad, if he gets one before we get another then I will go over there and tell him off. He just laughed but then again we caught another (the titchy one) before him and he must of stropped off because all together he only stayed about 15 minutes because when we caught the fish, 5 minutes later he left.

Cards, cards, cards

I went to a craft class today. We made cards and this is one of them. We used these little flowery things (they are at the bottom of the congratulations) We mounted the second floral part with foam pads - they make it stand up.


I preffered this card to the first one.
We stamped the dandelion clock image then heat embossed it to make it shiny. It doesn't show very well in the picture but it is mounted on silver mirrored card.The writing says 'For Somone Special' and I gave it to my Dad.

This last card I made last night using the fabby tutorial here. It's called a tri-fold card. I don't have the stamps that they used in the tutorial so I used some of my Tracy Beaker stash. I thought it would be really hard but it is really simple. I got my Mum to do all the cutting as I don't like using her craft knife especially when my little sister is running around :P But I did all the folding and everything else. I made it for my Mums friend who we went to the card class with today because she gave me loads of clothes (yay!)



All the pictures are clickable if you want them bigger to see them better. The ladybirds, spotty ribbons and square chipboard shapes weren't from the TB set they were from my stash.

I have won something else!!!

Yaaaaaay, I have won something else. It is a Parfums Love Set, I absolutely love it :) In the set it has three bottles of Parfums Love Perfume, the dark pink one says My Love, the purple one says You and Me, the light pink one says First Kiss.
I got a bottle of their deodorant, four vests - two of them are shown, I got another First Kiss one and a My Love one.





The nail varnish Mum one but she gave them to me because she didn't wan't them, they are by Jessica, one is red (as you can probably see!) and the other one is clear because it is top layer to make the one you have already got on shiny or wear on its own to make your nails shiny. I love my Mummy and my prizes loads!

My Dad brought me a magazine which cost him £8.00 and I love him and it loads as well!

It is a big set!!! It came with loads of Tracy beaker scrapbooking set. It had rub ons, stickers, chipboard, diecuts, paper, cardboard cut outs, sequins, ribbon, buttons... absolutely loads of stuff. Also in the magazine it had loads of ideas for you to do, like cards, bookmarks, scrapbooks etc. Also, it had an interview with Jacqueline Wilson (my fav author) and Nick sharrat (wish I could draw the way he does). The price wasn't put up for the TB stuff as it is normally that price because they do big sets to go with it - I'm not getting next weeks one, it comes with nitting stuff.

Latest scrappy page.

This is my latest scrappy page, its my artistic sister Ruby. It is my fav page so far and I feel like I am getting better :)
This is my dads favourite as well, mum said it's joint fav with my page that I did on our cat we used to have.
I haven't had much time to do scrapping lately because of school, huge project (on the solar system) that I had to catch up on then got very annoyed and think my teacher is out of order because everyone who couldn't be bothered to do it over half term, got an extra weeks extension (only me, April and a couple other people did it on time) grrrr!
Now, back to my page, I got the flowers from a matchbox swap I did, the lettering (only the CUTE part) and backing paper from the scrappy area in Chathams Poundland, the little blocks I cut up off some paper from mums paper stash, Cosmo cricket (I think), and the Wise from Mum doing some embossing on the cuttlebug. Hope you like it. :)

My lil sis

This is my baby sister, Ruby - she is 19 months old and she loves to draw :) This is her drawing just in front of the dining room window so when she turns around she can see Daddy with his birds!!! Whenever she does see him out the window she starts shouting "Daddy" or "Dirdy" in a really high pitch voice!!!
She looks so sweet when she's drawing there is so much concentration on her face. You can't just give her a couple of pencils, you have to give her the whole pack other wise she'll scream

!!!

Yay, been off school all day today as its teachers training day :):):)
Went up to the hospital to see my uncle then made my baby sister lunch.
Oh am reading this book called My Secret Diary by Jacqueline Wilson - it actually has extracts from her real diary when she was younger, its really good. Next am gonna read New Moon (the follow on from Twilight - really good book) just waiting for Mum to read it (grrrr!).

Day 2

Day 2 of having my blog and I think it is so cool.
Today I have been making a house out of a cereal box - don't know why just felt like it, my little sister did one too, she's 8. Mine is a bit rubbish as its not a very big box but its okay.



It was my Dads b-day today and we had this cake (yummy). We ate our piece before dinner and I couldn't finish my dinner!!! It is in the microwave for later.
I brought him a pair of light brown trousers and a 3ft edible snake (in which he has eaten!).
He did wear the trousers to but took them off because one of our dogs kept jumping up and biting at them.
